Plot Summary:

     Da Gang, the warehouse keeper at the Tianhai Museum, is a kind‑hearted, down‑to‑earth man of unremarkable looks who has long harbored a quiet crush on Li Binghe, the museum’s elegant and charming researcher. Despite having Li Binghe’s twin brother, Li Yufan, as his staunch supporter, Da Gang’s carefully prepared array of romantic gestures never gets a chance to unfold—instead, an unexpected intruder, the antique dealer Han Zhengping, swoops in and beats him to the punch. But this wealthy, handsome young gentleman is, in fact, a notorious thief of antiques; his real motive for getting close to Binghe is to steal a priceless Tang‑dynasty artifact: a terracotta figurine.
