Plot Summary:

     The majestic imperial city, where purple aura drifts from the east. The four great clans—Jia, Shi, Wang, and Xue—reap boundless wealth, yet they know not that even riches must eventually fade; their homes are steeped in opulent splendor, reluctant to awaken. At the Rongguo Mansion, the pampered young master Jia Baoyu (played by Yang Yang), born with a jade in his hand, grows up carefree alongside his dear sisters, composing poetry, solving riddles, cooking delicacies, and indulging in sentimental, self‑indulgent musings on the passing of time. He and his sister Lin Daiyu (played by Jiang Mengjie) have known each other since childhood, drawn to one another, but repeated tests of their feelings only breed misunderstanding after misunderstanding. In the grand Garden of Splendid Blossoms, where flowers bloom in profusion and songs and dances celebrate peace, the loneliness deep within cannot be contained, nor can the tender fragrances of youthful blossoms be preserved. Where, then, is love among these young hearts?
