Plot Summary:

Cheng Yong, the owner of an Indian “miracle oil” shop, leads a miserable life: his business is dead, his elderly father is critically ill, and he can’t scrape together the money for his father’s surgery. Meanwhile, his ex-wife, now pregnant by a wealthy man, is determined to take custody of their son. One day, a leukemia patient walks into his shop, begging him to smuggle in a batch of counterfeit yet effective drugs from India—life‑saving medicine that patients too poor to afford the exorbitant price of the genuine version desperately need. Reluctant but with no other choice, Cheng finds himself unexpectedly catapulted into a new world. His affordable, life‑saving drugs save countless lives, earning him the nickname “God of Medicine” among the sick. But with profit comes a multi‑party tug‑of‑war that plunges both his own life and the fragile futures of impoverished patients into peril.
