Plot Summary:

The series tells the story of Xie Xiang, who takes her brother’s place in the military and disguises herself as a man to study at the Army Academy. There, she becomes classmates with the carefree rich heir Gu Yanzen and the calm, steady Shen Junshan. Soon after, the Japanese army reinforces its forces in Northeast China, and Jin Xianrong, who harbors feelings for Shen Junshan, returns from overseas as the president of a Japanese Chamber of Commerce—setting off a cascade of conspiracies and traps.
