Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s products;

2. Achieve the department’s sales targets in accordance with the marketing plan.

3. Develop new markets, acquire new customers, and expand the product sales footprint.

4. Responsible for collecting market intelligence and analyzing competitors within the assigned territory;

5. Responsible for planning and executing sales activities within the designated sales territory, and achieving sales targets.

6. Manage and maintain customer relationships, as well as long-term strategic cooperation plans among clients.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in the operation and management of a traditional‑style photography studio;

3. Quick-thinking and articulate, with strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

4. Possesses solid market analysis and judgment skills, along with a strong customer service orientation.

5. Possesses management experience, is highly responsible, and can handle significant work pressure.

6. Able to lead a sales team, possesses strong teamwork skills, and is adept at taking on challenges.
